I was visiting family in a very busy tourist town while quarter pounders were on sale a couple years back. We ordered 4 and took em back to the house and they were all basically raw, my cousin got on the local FB group to share and warn others and there were already dozens of posts from people who had gotten the same treatment. The manager gave us a refund and acted like our reporting it was the first he had heard about it.

To be fair, chicken only needs to be cooked to a certain temperature to make it so you can eat it. Can be pink but that one is still laying eggs.

The only real explanation for this happening is one person went out to smoke a blunt, the other person was covering the food. Then they switch and the stoned one pulls the chicken that was just dropped, and sold it raw lol especially after reading your comment about your order on 420.
